By accessing or using Uninext (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Uninext is a recruitment platform connecting students with companies through profile building, job applications, contracts, and escrow-based payments.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Company accounts represent real business entities and must provide truthful business information during onboarding.
Students must provide accurate profile information including education, skills, and work experience. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
Companies must complete verification during onboarding. Job postings must be accurate and comply with applicable labor laws. Companies agree to the escrow payment system for contracted work.
All contract payments are processed through our escrow system via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until work is approved. A platform service fee applies to completed transactions.
Either party may raise a dispute on an active contract. Disputed funds remain in escrow until resolved by platform administrators.
Users may not share direct contact information through the messaging system before a contract is established. Users may not create fake accounts, post fraudulent job listings, or misuse the platform.
Uninext facilitates connections between students and companies but is not an employer or employment agency. We are not liable for the quality of work performed or hiring decisions made.
